When to Return a Study
You should only return a study if you encounter a significant problem that prevents you from completing it fairly (e.g., broken link, critical technical issue, confusing instructions).

On the study page on our platform, click the "Return Study" button.
Impact
Returning a study means you will not be paid, but it will not negatively affect your reputation score. It is always better to return a study than to time out or submit invalid work.
